復旦大學附屬兒科醫(yī)院國際部前身為特需診療中心，成立于1993年10月，是上海市兒科第一家涉外的醫(yī)療單位。2019年10月，特需診療中心搬入新址，同時更名為國際部。國際部的服務對象主要為外籍、港澳臺人士以及國內(nèi)對醫(yī)療有較高需求的高端人群，目前由以下五部分組成：國際部門診、國際部病房、高級專家門診、健康評估中心及預防接種部。
國際部門診坐落于2號樓1樓普通門診南側(cè)，擁有獨立的診室、治療室和相對獨立的藥房。坐診專家具有副高級以上職稱，均為各學科帶頭人和國內(nèi)具有影響力的權(quán)威專家，分為內(nèi)科專家和?？茖＜摇H部采用預約制就診，所有檢查由專人帶領(lǐng)，已與國內(nèi)多家商業(yè)保險簽署直付協(xié)議，免去病人支付現(xiàn)金的麻煩，旨在提供“病人至上”的高端醫(yī)療服務。
國際部病房均為單人房間，提供溫馨、舒適、整潔的住院環(huán)境。國際部病房為綜合性病房，采用?？茣\、全科管理模式滿足全院各?？萍膊〉脑\治。成立至今，已收治來自全國乃至世界各地的患兒幾萬人，其中外籍小兒占30 % 以上。同時與上海多家外資及民營醫(yī)院簽署合作轉(zhuǎn)診協(xié)議，參與轉(zhuǎn)診及治療各種疑難病例。
高級專家門診位于2號樓門診3樓A區(qū)，秉承“?？萍膊【贩?rdquo;理念，憑借復旦大學附屬兒科醫(yī)院強大的綜合實力，為來自全國的?？萍膊和峁﹥?yōu)質(zhì)的醫(yī)療服務。高級專家門診力量雄厚，出診專家均為各專科資深和權(quán)威專家。高級專家門診開展多種形式的預約診療服務，讓專科病人快速找到?？茖＜?，發(fā)揮名醫(yī)專家診療的“一錘定音”的作用。
健康評估中心位于2號樓門診3樓高級專家門診內(nèi)側(cè)（門診廣場有獨立電梯直達），于2015年4月成立，是上海市第一家公立醫(yī)院的兒科健康評估門診。來自復旦大學附屬兒科醫(yī)院的專業(yè)臨床團隊，包括內(nèi)科、外科、五官科、眼科、口腔科、B超室、心電圖室的各科專家全力合作，為孩子的健康保駕護航！通過對孩子的生長發(fā)育和健康情況全面的評估，及時糾正生長發(fā)育中的異常，對體檢中發(fā)現(xiàn)的疾病表現(xiàn)，給予早期干預和治療的指導。健康評估門診根據(jù)家長需求，提供不同的體檢套餐，并通過一站式的服務，減少病人奔走，提高就診效率、改善就診體驗。
預防接種部位于2號樓門診3樓高級專家門診內(nèi)側(cè)（門診廣場有獨立電梯直達）體檢中心內(nèi)。主要服務對象是在滬的外籍、港、澳、臺籍以及華東地區(qū)高端需求的人群。預防接種部按我國計劃免疫程序接種，同時也結(jié)合不同國家地區(qū)的要求，提供最佳的接種程序與國際接軌。預防接種部采用預約制服務，同時為特殊疾病患兒提供疫苗接種評估及個性化疫苗管理服務。
The International Clinic in Children’s Hospital of Fudan University was founded in October, 1993. It is the first foreign pediatrics medical units in Shanghai, serving foreigners, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan patients and those who come from mainland but have higher demand for health care. The purpose of the International Clinic is “Patients first, Service first”. Now, it is consist of five departments: VIP Clinic No 1, VIP clinic No 2，health check-up clinic，VIP Ward and Vaccination department.
VIP Clinic No 1 provides outpatient services. It is located on the first floor in Building Three and has independent space. The childlike decorations in outpatient department compose a warm environment for children. VIP Clinic includes general clinic and specialist clinic. Diagnosis and treatments here are operated by experts in different specialty. Almost all of the pediatrics medicine experts have overseas training experiences. During the diagnosis and treatments in VIP Clinic, we encourage rational using medication, especially antibiotics, reasonable inspection and appropriate treatment. Specialist Outpatient is served by famous specialists in our hospital, with one-stop service of real-name appointment, register, payment and testing. Patients are accompanied by stuff during the process and will be informed immediately of the results of testing.
VIP Clinic No 2 founded in 2005 is on the 3rd floor of the Out-Patient Department on Wan Yuan Road. Relying on our strong medical teams, our vision is “Better solutions, better specialized health care.” It has strong teams of senior specialists. Our staffs offer our services to make your visit more convenient. It includes self-service registration, recharge, reservation, and online laboratory tests reports. We also provide multiple reservation service, which makes it easy for you to find a senior specialist who will give you the best solution.
Health check-up clinic was established in April 2015 supporting by the strong medical teams of Children’s Hospital of Fudan University. Our services include tracking your child’s growth and development, finding physical problems before they become serious, taking effective action in time. The clinic provides personal check-up plan for each child, also check-up packages which meet the need of parents or schools. Our first class internal and specialist pediatrician teams provide you solutions when finishing the check-up. The check-up help us to build health files for each child.
VIP Ward is located on the sixth floor in Building One. It is made up of 10 independent wards, one room one child. So far, it has accepted and cured more than 4,000 children totally. International children account for more than thirty percent.
Vaccination Department is located on the sixth floor in Building One, north to VIP Ward. The independent space and dedicated lifts prevent it from cross infection inside the hospital. The major service users are foreign, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan children. We vaccinate for children according to the procedure laid-down in China, and as well, offer detailed advising to parents with the requirements of different countries and regions. At the same time, we have set up Childcare Outpatient served by the experts from Childcare Department in our hospital, assessing and advising the growth and development of healthy children and operating the physical examination. The vaccination and childcare physical examination should appoint in advance by calling 64931121.
The International Clinic has established good cooperation with several health insurance companies and third-party management companies. So far, we have signed non-cash payment agreement of outpatients and inpatients with more than a dozen of health insurance companies and agents, such as WELLBE, MSH, SOS, , Pingan, MediLink-Global, CIGNA, etc. and which provide patients with much convenience and swiftness.
